What is your counseling philosophy?

My approach to therapy is to validate and honor the importance of my clients' life experiences. I work authentically with my clients to develop healthy relationships with others, realize their potential and lead a fulfilled life.
 
I provide a safe environment where clients feel comfortable to explore and examine their life in order to better understand patterns that may contribute to problems. I hope to hold the space that will help my clients to find their own healings and authentic selves.

I am currently seeing clients virtually on Monday and Tuesday and in my San Carlos office on Wednesday and Thursday.

What is your fee?

My fee is $400 for a 50 minute session for individual and couples therapy. Fees are payable by cash, check or credit card. Sessions are paid at the time of service.

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider and will provide super bills for you to submit for reimbursement. It is best for you to call your insurance company ahead of time to determine the exact details of your policy, including what benefits are available regarding out-of-network providers.
